High school students engage in higher level thinking about climate change and its effects on the Great Lakes region in this program that utilizes hands-on STEM based activities to enhance understanding of our changing planet and local ecosystems. Projects may include water and species monitoring, wetland/prairie restoration or other topics. Students develop a hypothesis, conduct an investigation and analyze data, providing real experience in the fields of conservation and natural resource management.
