Private Group Rentals

Our facility is nearly always booked throughout the school year with overnight field trips, and in the warmer months with our summer campers, but on the chance that we have the availability, we are available for private rentals.

The DLC campus is ideal for scout troops, corporate teams, nonprofits, and community organizations looking for a retreat or program space.

This below list is not comprehensive of all requirements and restrictions. Please note that we're unable to host family parties, weddings, reunions, or similar private events.

  • Maximum capacity - 80

  • Must provide COI at least 21 days prior to event with DLC listed as additional insured with limits of $1M/$2M

  • Food service facilities staffed by DLC hospitality team, no public use of kitchen

  • At least one person in group must be First Aid / CPR / AED certified

  • At least one adult 21+ required in each cabin
