Welcome to the 2021 Citizen Science Symposium!

Hi to all our citizen scientists!  We had a great time meeting you and learning about all our different projects together these past few months.

outreach team

Welcome to the Virtual Citizen Science Symposium.  Learn from local experts and scientists by watching the videos here on the Symposium webpage.  Want to know about what other local students worked on or continue doing citizen science projects outside of school? Head to the Citizen Science Projects page.  Learn more and share your experiences with other students, scientists, activists, conservationists, and educators in our Topia world. You can also check out first-hand what everyone enjoyed most by looking at their project art, presentations, and other works. Click through the Student Presentations page. Don't forget to tell us about your experience with the program (via story, photos, video, artwork, poem, etc) by entering the t-shirt contest!

I had a lot of fun learning with all of you. I hope you enjoyed your time in the program, learned something new, and will keep stepping outside your comfort zone by learning new things and going outdoors!
